Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable backend architecture, as well as contribute to the design and architecture of the frontend application
• Develop and maintain backend services and ensure their performance and reliability, and develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Integrate APIs with other systems to enhance functionality and interoperability, and consume APIs to display and manage data effectively in the frontend
• Conduct backend testing and optimization to ensure robustness and efficiency, and conduct frontend testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure a seamless user experience
• Manage feature testing and releases, ensuring timely delivery of new functionalities, for both frontend and backend components
• Integrate automation and AI tools to enhance application performance, and explore opportunities to leverage AI for enhanced user experiences on the frontend
• Collaborate with QA teams to define delivery requirements and ensure quality standards are met, across the entire application stack.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and comply with best practices
• Integrate CI/CD deployment processes for efficient software delivery
• Ensure application quality through rigorous testing and code reviews
• Optimize frontend performance for speed and scalability, including code splitting, lazy loading, and image optimization
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of the frontend application
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
