Full Stack Engineer

mthree is looking for a

Full Stack Engineer/Developer for a Squad who is responsible for the engineering, modernization, and governance tooling of the platform, supporting its continued scale, resilience, and adoption across business divisions. The role will focus on building and enhancing core platform capabilities, supporting large-scale rule processing, and improving governance, observability, and data management across the ecosystem. This is a hands-on engineering role within a globally distributed team, working closely with platform stakeholders, application teams, and governance bodies.

Title: Full Stack Engineer/Developer Location: Hybrid in Bengaluru.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong software engineering background (

Java and Angular)

• Experience building

distributed systems and APIs

• Solid understanding of data platforms

(RDBMS and/or NoSQL)

• Experience working with high-scale, mission-critical systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and production support practices

Desirable Skills

• Experience with rule engines, metadata systems, or decisioning platforms
• Exposure to Kafka, MongoDB, or containerized/cloud-based architectures
• Understanding of financial services / post-trade workflows
• Experience with governance, audit, or control frameworks
