Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Team Lead to lead our development team and drive the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building innovative solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.
• Hands-on development using PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js, Go, MySQL, and PostgreSQL and other Javascript Frameworks.
• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications using DevOps practices and tools like Docker.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, and provide innovative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js, Go Lang, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with frontend and backend development.
• Strong grip on Rest APIs, Swagger, Auth and other known libraries.
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Excellent

problem-solving and

debugging skills.

• Strong

communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to

lead and mentor a team.

• Experience with Redis for caching and data storage will be added advantage.
• Basic Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Basic Knowledge with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability assessment.
