Full Stack Engineer

Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer About the Role We are looking for a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer who can work across multiple technology stacks, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is technically flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment. Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary Range: ₹5 – ₹8 LPA
• Work Mode: Fully Remote
• Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain web applications using modern technologies.
• Work across frontend and backend stacks, including Next.js, Python, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks.
• Work closely with product, design, QA, AI, and development teams.
• Support debugging, testing, deployment, and performance improvements.
• Use modern coding tools and AI-powered development tools to improve productivity.
• Contribute to AI agent-based features and automation workflows where required. Required Skills
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks, preferably Next.js.
• Experience with Python and backend frameworks.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, and web application architecture.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, deployments, and development workflows.
• Familiarity with Git, debugging tools, and modern coding practices.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. AI & Developer Tools Exposure
• Experience or working knowledge of AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of AI agents, AI agent workflows, and AI agent frameworks is preferred.
• Exposure to building or integrating AI-based features, automation systems, or LLM-powered applications is a strong advantage. Communication & Collaboration
• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Able to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

• 0–3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or Software Engineering.
• Experience building and deploying web applications in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
