Role Overview As our Full Stack Developer, you will be the core technical owner of GoNanny's web presence and mobile application. You'll work directly with the CTO and founding team to develop, maintain, and scale both our website and Flutter-based mobile app - from UI to backend logic.

What You'll Work On: Website (Frontend & Backend) • Maintain and enhance our existing website built on HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, and Vanilla JavaScript • Implement new features, sections, and landing pages with a strong eye for UI/UX • Ensure SEO best practices — including structured data (Schema.org / JSON-LD), meta tags, Open Graph, and sitemap management • Integrate third-party tools including Google Analytics (GA4), WhatsApp APIs, and web service integrations • Optimize for performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility • Manage backend APIs and server-side logic (Node.js / Python / PHP — based on your stack) • Handle form submissions, lead capture flows, and CRM/email integrations Mobile App (Flutter) • Develop and maintain the GoNanny mobile application using Flutter and Android Studio • Build clean, responsive UI components aligned with our brand design • Integrate REST APIs to connect the app with backend services • Handle push notifications, authentication flows, and user dashboards for both families and nannies • Publish and manage app releases on Google Play Store (and App Store as we expand to iOS)

What We're Looking For: Must-Have Skills • 2–4 years of experience in full stack development • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS • Good experience with Flutter and Dart for mobile app development • Familiarity with Android Studio and app build/deployment processes • Experience with RESTful API design and integration • Basic knowledge of SEO, structured data markup, and web performance optimization • Comfort working with Git and version control workflows Good to Have • Experience with Node.js, Firebase, or any backend framework • Exposure to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and tag management • Understanding of UX principles and responsive design • Prior experience working in a startup or early-stage product team
