Job Profile: Full Stack Developer

Location: Gurgaon

The Role We are seeking skilled Full Stack Developers with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in both front-end and back-end development, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working in an agile environment.

Responsibilities: · Build and maintain end-to-end features across frontend, backend, data, and · integration layers. · Translate product requirements into robust, maintainable, testable software. · Design and implement APIs (GraphQL/REST) and integrate with relational/ · graph/document databases. · Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized · deployments. · Diagnose and resolve performance, reliability, and correctness issues across the · stack. · Collaborate effectively with UI, data, QA, and product stakeholders.

· Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve speed and quality.

Must Have skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical
• Experience
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Solid development experience in Node.js or Python.
• Good hands-on experience with React.js.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and familiarity with Neo4j/MongoDB.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms
• Strong hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic deployment experience (LangGraph/CrewAI/RAG)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and GitHub Actions.
• Practical exposure to GraphQL and REST API development.

Preferred Qualification · Oil & Gas domain experience/ awareness would be preferred
