Role Overview One of our client is hiring for full stack developer. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications that support Forex trading, treasury operations, customer onboarding, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting. This position is responsible for delivering scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that support critical business operations and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications for Forex and Treasury operations.
• Develop end-to-end solutions using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build and maintain APIs for integration with banking partners, payment gateways, KYC providers, and regulatory systems.
• Develop real-time dashboards for Forex rates, treasury positions, branch transactions, and MIS reporting.

Forex Trading & Treasury Systems

• Develop and maintain modules for:
• Forex Purchase & Sale Transactions
• Treasury Deal Booking
• Exchange Rate Management
• Travel Card Operations
• Inward & Outward Remittances
• Customer KYC & AML Compliance
• Regulatory Reporting
• Branch Operations Management
• Integrate live exchange rate feeds from banks and liquidity providers.
• Develop automated workflows for transaction approvals and exception handling.

Database & System Management

• Design and optimize databases for high-volume transaction processing.
• Ensure data security, backup, recovery, and audit trail maintenance.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements.

Compliance & Security

• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, AML, and KYC requirements.
• Implement role-based access controls and data encryption.
• Maintain audit logs and transaction monitoring mechanisms.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Treasury, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Business teams.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.

Required Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science/IT) or MCA or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of financial transactions and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in BFSI, Forex, FinTech, Banking, or Treasury applications.
• Knowledge of Foreign Exchange Business and Treasury Management.
• Understanding of Banking Operations and Financial Reporting Systems.
• Experience with Payment Gateway Integrations.
• Familiarity with FEMA, RBI, AML, and KYC regulations.
