About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full-Stack Engineer with a focus on front-end development and a strong background in AI/agentic systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead a comprehensive architectural overhaul of our human-blended AI coaching platform, playing a pivotal part in scaling and enhancing its capabilities. You will work closely with the VP of Engineering and other key stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy sophisticated workflows that integrate AI agents, personalized coaching frameworks, and seamless human handoffs. Your expertise will be instrumental in rebuilding our platform to deliver a polished, intuitive user experience while ensuring robust backend performance and scalability.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a senior-level background in full-stack development with demonstrated experience in AI/agentic systems. You should have proficiency in React, TypeScript, and front-end optimization, complemented by extensive experience with Node.js for server API development and session management. Strong Python skills are essential, particularly in working with Google Cloud infrastructure and AI SDKs. Experience with mobile development using Expo or React Native is highly desirable. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of building reusable, scalable components and orchestrating complex AI workflows. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the front-end architecture, ensuring a highly polished and user-centric UI/UX.
• Rebuild and optimize backend APIs, session management, and user routing layers to support platform scalability.
• Design and develop AI/agentic components, orchestrating complex prompt flows and structured coaching frameworks.
• Integrate proprietary IP, company data, and personality assessments to enable highly personalized coaching experiences.
• Build and maintain a seamless human-blended AI handoff system, facilitating real-time transitions between AI and human coaches.
• Support enterprise features such as mid-conversation human support requests and video call scheduling.
• Develop cross-platform mobile features and administrative interfaces to enhance platform accessibility.
• Iterate rapidly on product features, balancing speed with robust and scalable design patterns.
• Define and promote reusable component patterns across the entire application stack to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, driving the engineering roadmap and collaborating directly with leadership to meet strategic goals.
