Full Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications with both frontend and backend responsibilities.
• Strong React skills: functional components, hooks, context, state management, routing, and building real application interfaces (forms, tables, dashboards) not just landing pages or static sites.
• Solid backend experience with Java (Spring Boot) or Python building REST APIs, writing business logic, handling authentication, and managing service configuration.
• Good eye for UI/UX: you can take a wireframe or a product spec and build an interface that's clean, intuitive, and handles edge cases (empty states, loading states, error states, long content).
• Strong database skills: PostgreSQL schema design, writing efficient queries, indexing, and managing migrations.
• Production AWS experience deploying applications, working with S3 for file handling, and basic operational awareness.
• Comfort with TypeScript and modern frontend tooling.
• Uses AI tools in daily development workflow: Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent for coding, debugging, and scaffolding.
• Ownership mindset: you pick up a feature and deliver it complete, without waiting for someone to split it into frontend and backend tickets.
• Clear communication: you can discuss UI tradeoffs with a PM, API contracts with a backend engineer, and deployment logistics with DevOps.
