Full Stack Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable REST APIs and services using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and MongoDB
• Model and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines
• Deploy and run services on AWS (EC2/ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch)
• Build integrations, background jobs, and event-driven workflows
• Support the AI layer by exposing backend services and data to LLM-driven agents
• Write clean, tested, documented code and take part in code reviews
• Build React UI features when needed

Must-Have

• 2-4 years of professional experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack
• Strong Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript, with a backend-first mindset
• Solid MongoDB experience (schema design, performance tuning)
• Hands-on AWS experience (deployment, S3, Lambda, IAM, monitoring)
• Experience with authentication/authorization (JWT, RBAC), API security, and rate limiting
• Working knowledge of React, Git, and CI/CD
• Good understanding of system design basics: caching, queues, scalability

Good to Have

• Docker, Terraform/CloudFormation
• Redis, WebSockets
• Exposure to LLM APIs, RAG, or agent frameworks
• Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant products
• Testing with Jest/Mocha/Supertest
