Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend functionalities. The role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and performance of applications. This position emphasizes innovation and problem-solving by applying modern technologies and methodologies to meet client needs effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project requirements are integral parts of daily activities, all within a cloud-first and agile environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Elastic Stack (ELK).
• Experience with log management, data ingestion, and real-time analytics using Elastic Stack components.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable deployments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance across the stack.
• Experience in integrating Elastic Stack with various data sources and visualization tools.
