Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Summary


As a Full Stack Engineer, your day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. You engage in creating innovative solutions that enhance client services, applying a forward-thinking approach to technology. Your work includes collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously exploring new methods to address complex business challenges with agility and a cloud-first perspective.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance project outcomes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.



Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:- Proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize legacy codebases effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating front-end and back-end components to deliver seamless user experiences.



Additional Information


- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
