The engineer collaborates with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python Frameworks.

Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.

Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.

Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.

Experience working within agile development environments and iterative delivery models.

Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
