Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges and continuously improve system performance is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet evolving business needs.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python Frameworks.

Experience with backend and frontend development technologies related to Python Frameworks.

Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

Ability to work with cloud platforms and deploy applications in cloud environments.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and scalability.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
