Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet project requirements.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.

Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.

Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.

Ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions with an agile development mindset.

Experience in integrating user experience design with backend services to create seamless applications.

Skilled in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing complex software systems.

Familiarity with modern software development tools and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
