Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement technologies that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and experiences.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve system performance and scalability.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
