The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve development processes and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple layers.
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
