This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that enhance client services. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday includes exploring and applying emerging technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles and deployment models. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
