• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the integration of new technologies to improve system functionality and performance.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

• Strong knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with designing scalable and maintainable system architectures.

• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and agile development processes.
