Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role emphasizes delivering high-quality, scalable, and efficient software that enhances client services and supports a cloud-first approach to development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Apache Kafka.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies including JavaScript frameworks and responsive design principles.
• In-depth knowledge of backend development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at DDC 1A - STPI.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
