Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to innovate and implement technologies that address complex business challenges, all while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to enhance client services and operational effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems to enhance performance and scalability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Experience in designing and developing end-to-end system features including both frontend and backend components.
• Strong understanding of database management and query optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and agile project management practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Skilled in integrating various technologies to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services.
• This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
