Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining complete system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with team members to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.



Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Continuously improve development processes and suggest enhancements to existing systems.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their growth.



Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks.

Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.

Understanding of cloud computing concepts and agile software development practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the stack.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Kolkata office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
