From reporting workflows and investigations to learning management, analytics, and AI enabled capabilities, your work will directly shape how thousands of users experience Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable frontend and backend applications
• Design APIs and integrations
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build new features
• Participate in technical architecture discussions
• Write clean, maintainable, well tested code
• Continuously improve engineering practices and development workflows

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience building production grade web applications
• Experience working in SaaS companies, technology startups, or product engineering teams
• Strong experience across both frontend and backend technologies
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, databases, authentication, and scalable system design
• A passion for building products that solve meaningful business problems
