Full Stack Developer — Job Description

Location: Chandigarh | Experience: 3–8 years | Type: Full-time

About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to build internal automation tools and scalable products that can eventually be offered as a service to clients. You'll own both frontend and backend architecture, not just execute predefined specs.

What You'll Do

• Design and build web applications to automate internal operations
• Architect scalable, multi-tenant systems suitable for future client-facing use
• Integrate with third-party systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope features and push back on unclear requirements
• Ensure security and compliance best practices, including HIPAA awareness

Must-Have Skills

• Backend: Node.js or Python (Django/FastAPI) — API design, database schemas, system architecture
• Frontend: React or Vue — UI architecture, not just implementation
• Database: Strong SQL (Postgres/MySQL); NoSQL exposure a plus
• APIs: REST (required)
• Cloud: AWS or GCP — deployment, scaling, environment management

Good to Have

• Workflow automation experience
• AI/LLM integration exposure (API-based)
• Multi-tenancy architecture experience
• Healthcare background
• B.Tech from a Tier 1 College.

What We're Looking For

Someone who has owned end-to-end architecture on at least one real project — not just contributed to an existing codebase.
