Job Description: We are looking for an experienced

React + Java Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Java and React, with the ability to lead development activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Java and React.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to understand and deliver project requirements.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Review code, ensure adherence to coding standards, and mentor team members.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Participate in application design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
