Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to enhance productivity and quality.

Professional Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.

Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies in a cloud-first environment.

Ability to work with agile development methodologies and tools to manage project workflows.

Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring application security best practices.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Mumbai office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
