The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The engineer works within a cloud-first and agile environment, continuously exploring and applying new technologies to address complex business challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development cycles are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions are both effective and scalable. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud computing principles and agile development methodologies.
• Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
• Experience in integrating various services and APIs to build cohesive solutions. Additional Information:
