Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach combined with agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of system components ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of features and timely delivery.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience in developing end-to-end solutions using cloud-based platforms and services.
• Strong understanding of user interface design principles and backend development processes.
• Ability to work with agile development frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and optimizing application performance across different environments.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• This position is based at our Mumbai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
