Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing modern technologies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges in a cloud-first environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve development processes and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
• Strong experience in both frontend and backend development technologies relevant to full stack engineering.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies.
• Experience working within agile development frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance across multiple layers.
