Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.

Professional Technical Skills:

Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.

Strong knowledge of backend development, including database management and API design.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.

Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.

Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and continuous integration.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
