Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled

Full Stack Engineer with

9–14 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

React.js for front-end development and solid hands-on experience with

Java or Node.js for backend development. The candidate should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using

React.js and

Java/Node.js .

• Develop responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components using

React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS .

• Design and develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using

Java/Spring Boot or Node.js .

• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
• Participate in application architecture, technical design, and implementation discussions.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code following industry best practices.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
• Ensure applications meet requirements related to

performance, scalability, security, and reliability .

• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 9–14 years of overall software development experience .
• Strong hands-on experience with

React.js and modern front-end development.

• Strong proficiency in

JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .

• Solid backend development experience with

Java/Spring Boot or Node.js .

• Experience in developing and consuming

RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Good understanding of

object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles .

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as

PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar .

• Hands-on experience with

Git and modern CI/CD practices.

• Understanding of cloud platforms such as

AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

• Experience working in

Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with

TypeScript, Redux, React Hooks, Next.js , or similar React ecosystem technologies.

• Experience with

Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js , or equivalent backend frameworks.

• Exposure to

Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .

• Knowledge of cloud-native application development and distributed systems.
• Understanding of application security, scalability, and performance optimization.
