Summary:

As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous exploration of emerging technologies are integral to delivering high-quality, scalable systems that meet evolving client needs.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end system features ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and services to support scalable application development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement backend services and APIs that integrate with frontend components.
• Familiarity with data processing and analytics within cloud environments.
