This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous exploration of emerging technologies are integral to delivering high-quality, scalable systems that meet evolving client needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end system features ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and services to support scalable application development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement backend services and APIs that integrate with frontend components.
• Familiarity with data processing and analytics within cloud environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance in distributed architectures. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
• This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
