Full Stack Engineer

Company: OctaSence India Private Limited Location: Bengaluru Work Mode: Remote Experience: 1–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Base Pay Job Description We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our engineering team and contribute to building scalable web applications, dashboards, APIs, and data-driven solutions for our AI and IoT-based monitoring platform. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive frontend applications and dashboards. Build and integrate backend services and REST APIs. Work with databases to manage application and sensor-related data. Integrate APIs, IoT devices, and external systems with the platform. Develop real-time monitoring and data visualization features. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Debug and resolve application, integration, and performance issues. Collaborate with product, frontend, backend, IoT, and AI/ML teams. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation. Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, and security. Required Skills 1–2 years of experience in full-stack development. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript. Experience with React.js, Next.js, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks. Experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar backend technologies. Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration. Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Git and version control. Understanding of web application architecture and software development practices. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Good to Have Experience with IoT, sensor data, telemetry, or real-time systems. Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployments. Familiarity with WebSockets, MQTT, or similar protocols. Experience with data visualization and monitoring dashboards. Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven applications.
