Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

The role emphasizes innovation and adaptability within a dynamic and agile environment, focusing on delivering value through end-to-end system development. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of front-end and back-end components.
• Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and system features. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with server-side development and RESTful API design.
• Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques.
• Understanding of cloud computing principles and agile development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java (Programming Language).
