Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.

Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Python Frameworks.

Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern web technologies.

Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services effectively.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.

Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Understanding of database design, optimization, and management.

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.

This position is based at our Pune office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
