Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days less Job Description Role Summary We are seeking experienced Full Stack Engineers with strong AI Native engineering capabilities to build scalable, cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java/Python, AWS, and AI-driven development practices, working in fast-paced, pod-based delivery models.

Years of Experience: 5-9 Years Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Java/Python.
• Build and integrate AI-native solutions leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI-assisted coding tools.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs on AWS cloud.
• Collaborate within AI-native pods to deliver high-quality, sprint-based outcomes.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best engineering practices.
• Contribute to cloud-native architecture and microservices design. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python.
• Experience building full stack applications (frontend + backend).
• Deep understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, etc.).
• Exposure to AI Native engineering:
• GitHub Copilot / AI-assisted development.
• LLM-based solutions / AI integrations.
• Automation-driven development workflows.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
• Strong problem-solving and Agile delivery experience. Preferred Skills
• Experience with agentic frameworks / LangChain / similar AI orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Exposure to vector databases or AI data pipelines. Nice to Have
• Prior experience working in AI-native pods or accelerator-driven teams.
• AWS certifications.
