Full Stack Engineer (Vue.js & Python)

About the Position As a Full Stack Developer at

weybee , you will act as a tech lead and play a key role in building AI-first platforms, intelligent tools, and scalable systems. You will drive architecture decisions, define technical standards, and contribute to building products powered by modern AI technologies. This is a core team role with strong ownership and direct impact on innovation.

Requirements

• 5 years of software development experience fpr a SaaS company
• 3+ years of experience with Python
• 3+ years of experience working with ORMs (preferably Django)
• 2+ years developing modern web apps with Vue.js (or equivalent) and TypeScript
• Experience working with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS)
• Experience developing modular user interfaces and familiarity with modern CSS frameworks, tools, and workflows
• Familiarity with relational and document data modeling
• Experience building production APIs

Responsibilities

• End-to-end development of AI-powered products — from idea to production
• Design and integrate AI/ML-driven features (LLMs, automation workflows, data intelligence systems)
• Build and manage scalable microservices and APIs supporting AI use cases
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to deliver intelligent and user-centric solutions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, tagging systems, and analytics platforms
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-enabled systems
• Experiment with and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and infrastructure
• Ensure best practices in AI integration, including prompt engineering, model evaluation, and monitoring
