Full Stack Engineer - Technical Lead who can architect solutions, write production-grade code, mentor developers, and drive projects from concept to deployment. What You'll Do · Lead and mentor a team of developers · Design and develop scalable full-stack applications · Drive technical architecture and engineering best practices · Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle · Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions · Ensure performance, security, and scalability across applications

What We're Looking For · 3+ years of experience in Full Stack Development · Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams · Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making skills · Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) · Strong backend expertise (Node.js, Java, Python, .NET or similar) · Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices · Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
