About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Full Stack Engineer to join our remote engineering team and contribute to building a world-class healthcare data application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

React, TypeScript, Node.js, AWS, SQL, GraphQL, and modern cloud technologies . You will work across frontend development, backend APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

• Build and maintain client-facing applications using

React, TypeScript, Next.js, and TanStack Start .

• Develop scalable backend APIs using

Node.js and GraphQL .

• Design and optimize database solutions using

PostgreSQL and SQL .

• Build seamless user experiences with focus on performance and usability.

Data Engineering & Integration

• Develop and maintain data pipelines using

Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka .

• Work with large-scale healthcare data processing workflows.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability across applications.

Cloud & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications using

AWS cloud services .

• Containerize applications using

Docker .

• Manage infrastructure deployments using

Kubernetes .

• Support CI/CD workflows using tools like

CircleCI and Git .

Collaboration

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and technical requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve application architecture and development processes.
