About this role
Full-Stack Engineer Mobile and Frontend Heavy Experience: 2-4 years | Location: Hyderabad | Full-time
Who We Are E-Solve Group is a nearly two-decade-old debt management company serving major banks, NBFCs, and telecom providers across India. We’re now building a technology arm: a digital lending platform (RBI Digital Lending Guidelines) and an AI agent-powered collections system. Real clients, real revenue, adding a serious tech layer.
Why This Role Both products are built with an AI-native workflow. Claude Code for implementation, handoff documents as specs, mock-first architecture. You’ll build with AI tools the way a previous generation built with Stack Overflow and libraries, except these tools are more powerful and you ship faster. You’re still the engineer, and you’re expected to understand every component, every hook, every state transition, whether you wrote it or an AI did. High-ownership, lean team, small by design. You won’t translate Figma mockups while someone else makes decisions. You’ll shape mobile architecture, make UX calls, push back on API contracts, and have real say in product direction. You’re expected to understand requirements deeply, add features to the backlog, and help guide the roadmap.
What You’ll Do Own the React Native app for lending: onboarding, KYC flows, document upload, loan offers, consent screens, repayment dashboards. Build admin panel UIs for operations teams. Own the mobile design using AI design tools, with feedback from business and technical leadership. Care about real user experience: network drops mid-verification, force-close during eSign, budget Android phones. Review backend code from the consumer’s perspective. No QA team, engineers hold each other accountable with automated tests and CI checks.
What We’re Looking For Conceptual clarity over framework-years. You know why a component re-renders and what to do about it. You reason about state management as a design problem. You understand what happens between a tap and a screen update, and can debug anywhere along that chain. We use React Native and TypeScript. You think about UX as “what could go wrong” puzzles. Flaky internet? Phone rotation mid-form? Unexpected API response? You find these fun, not annoying. You give real code review feedback, not “LGTM.”
Good to Have React for web. Form-heavy UX, document upload, camera/OCR. Play Store builds, Sentry. Fintech app flows (eKYC, loan apps, payment consent). Agentic development with Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
What This Is Not This is not a frontend-only role. The team is too small for hard boundaries. You’ll touch web UIs, review backend PRs, debug API integrations. If “that’s not my job” is something you say often, this won’t work. If “that’s not my job but let me look at it anyway” is more your style, we should talk.
Competitive compensation. If you’re interested, let’s talk. Please do not apply if you have less than 2 years of software development experience.
