Full Stack Engineer (Level III) Pune, Hybrid/Remote Fulltime KEY RESPONSIBILITIE S Frontend Development (80 %)• Design and develop modern web applications using ReactJS and ES6+ JavaScri pt• Build reusable components, shared modules, and scalable frontend architectu re• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, performant implementatio ns• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsivene ss• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across all target platfor ms• Improve frontend observability, performance metrics, and user experien ce• Work closely with product and design teams to deliver seamless user experienc es Backend Development (2 0%)• Design and implement APIs supporting frontend featu res• Contribute to backend services powering conversations and workflow syst ems• Work with databases and distributed systems at sc ale• Debug and resolve production issues across frontend and backend lay ers• Improve reliability, scalability, and performance of backend compone nts Engineering Excell ence• Own features from development through deployment and monito ring• Write clean, maintainable code with strong test coverage (unit, integration, regress ion)• Conduct peer code reviews and uphold engineering stand ards• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot issues, and drive informed technical improvem ents A Level III engineer operates with significant autonomy on complex features.
