About The Role We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to build and enhance integrations between our SaaS platform and collaboration/ITSM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Opsgenie, and xMatters. This is a product engineering role with an early stage startup where you''ll design, develop, and own production-grade integrations used by enterprise customers. We''re looking for developers—not Jira/Confluence administrators, consultants, or migration specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable integrations with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Webex, and similar SaaS platforms.
• Build REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth-based authentication, and bi-directional data synchronization.
• Develop backend services using Rust, Golang, Python
• Contribute across the full stack to build customer-facing product features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Implement robust error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release processes.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of software development experience.
• Strong programming expertise in Rust, Golang and/or Python.
• Hands-on experience building API integrations with SaaS products.
• Experience integrating with Jira and/or Confluence APIs is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and authentication flows.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development practices.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in product-based startup environments.
• Exposure to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Opsgenie, xMatters, or similar platforms.
• Experience with automation testing and end-to-end testing.
• Ability to take ownership of features from design through production
• Use of AI in building products
