Job Type: Full-time / Contract (Equity available for the right candidate) About the Role We're building an AI-powered platform that helps professionals navigate their careers through intelligent insights, personalized recommendations, and modern AI experiences. We're looking for a passionate Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling the platform. You'll work closely with the founder to build high-quality software and contribute to both technical and product decisions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern web applications
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs
• Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces
• Integrate AI capabilities into product features
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Collaborate closely with product and design to deliver exceptional user experiences Required Skills
• Strong proficiency in

JavaScript and

TypeScript

• Strong experience with

React and

Next.js

• Experience building backend applications using

Node.js

• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Experience working with

MongoDB or other NoSQL/SQL databases

• Experience with

Docker and containerized development

• Experience using

Git and modern development workflows

• Good understanding of authentication, security, and API best practices
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Nice to Have
• Experience working with

LLMs and AI integrations

• Experience with

OpenAI APIs or similar AI platforms

• Experience with

Redis or caching technologies

• Experience with

Stripe or subscription/payment platforms
