Full Stack Developer

About this Job Reflect Security Solutions is building a next-generation SaaS platform that simplifies various aspects of Cybersecurity for organizations worldwide. We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who enjoys building products from the ground up, solving complex engineering problems, and taking ownership of features from design through deployment. This is not a maintenance role. You will be building a product that customers use every day.

What You will Do

• Design and develop scalable SaaS applications using modern web technologies.
• Build responsive user interfaces using

ReactJS and

TypeScript .

• Develop secure and high-performance backend services using

Node.js .

• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL and MongoDB database models.
• Develop cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Review code and mentor junior developers.
• Lead a small team of fresh engineering graduates and help establish engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and cybersecurity teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience: 3–5 years in Full Stack Software Development
• Product Development: Experience building commercial SaaS products (preferably Cybersecurity, GRC, TPRM or Enterprise Applications)
• Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Cloud Platform: AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch)
• Version Control: Git, GitHub
• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Basic Linux Administration
• Architecture: Scalable SaaS Architecture, RESTful API Design, Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth2)
• Security Knowledge: Secure Coding Practices, OWASP Top 10, API Security Basics
• Testing: Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Debugging & Performance Optimization
• Development Practices: Agile/Scrum, Code Reviews, Clean Code Principles, Design Patterns

AI Development: Able to effectively use AI coding assistants while independently designing, validating, debugging, and optimizing production-ready code

• Leadership: M entor fresh graduates, task planning, code reviews, technical guidance
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, ownership, communication, teamwork, and customer-focused mindset
