Full Stack Developer

Are you a hands-on Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex problems while helping modernise critical business systems? We're looking for a talented developer to join our OWA (One World Advanced) modernisation programme, supporting the evolution of a large-scale freight and supply chain platform from a heavily customised legacy environment into a scalable, cloud-first solution. This is a unique opportunity to work across both legacy and modern technologies, helping keep critical operations running while building the next generation platform.

What You'll Be Doing You'll work alongside our OWA Architect and delivery team to shape and deliver OWA v1.1, balancing system stability with innovation. Key responsibilities include:

• Building modern user interfaces using

React JSON Schema Form (RJSF) and

SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

• Developing and enhancing

.NET/C# services hosted in Azure

• Supporting the evolution of our metadata-driven workflow platform
• Troubleshooting and stabilising complex

BizTalk integrations that support live operations

• Supporting the migration from legacy technologies including SharePoint and InfoPath
• Collaborating directly with technical leaders and senior stakeholders to deliver business-critical solutions

Skills & Experience: Essential

• Strong experience with

.NET/C# development

• Solid commercial experience with

React and

React JSON Schema Form (RJSF)

• Strong SQL and database development skills
• Experience supporting or modernising

BizTalk, SharePoint and InfoPath solutions

• Strong understanding of scalable architecture and application design
• Experience with performance optimisation, logging and monitoring
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with remote teams

Desirable

• Experience within

logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations

• Azure cloud platform experience
• Exposure to large-scale migration or modernisation programmes
• Immediate or short-notice availability
