Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer (AI Training), you will help improve the coding, reasoning, and software development capabilities of next-generation AI systems. You will leverage your expertise in frontend and backend development to evaluate, create, review, and refine high-quality programming tasks that enable AI models to better understand real-world software engineering practices. Your responsibilities may include reviewing AI-generated code, evaluating frontend and backend implementations, identifying bugs, creating coding prompts, writing reference solutions, comparing multiple AI-generated responses, and ensuring code quality, correctness, security, and performance. You'll collaborate with AI researchers and data teams to help train and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for software development and engineering tasks. Responsibilities Evaluate and review AI-generated frontend, backend, and full-stack code for quality, correctness, and maintainability. Analyze, annotate, and label software engineering datasets involving web applications and APIs. Create, rewrite, and improve coding prompts, programming tasks, and technical documentation. Compare multiple AI-generated code solutions and rank them based on correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices. Identify bugs, logical errors, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues in AI-generated code. Write clean, production-quality reference implementations for full-stack development tasks. Evaluate REST APIs, databases, authentication systems, and application architecture generated by AI. Ensure AI-generated solutions follow modern software engineering standards and coding conventions. Perform quality assurance on programming datasets, annotations, and AI-generated outputs. Follow detailed annotation guidelines while maintaining high-quality standards. Contribute technical expertise to improve AI models' understanding of full-stack development concepts and real-world engineering workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or ASP.NET. Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, authentication, and web architecture. Familiarity with Git, version control, and modern software development workflows. Ability to analyze code objectively and follow detailed annotation guidelines. Basic computer and internet proficiency. Prior experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, AI training, code review, or technical evaluation is preferred but not mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience building scalable web applications. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium. Experience with AI-assisted development tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
