About the Role We are looking for a

Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in

Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js to join our growing product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that power our AI-driven recruitment platform. You'll work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow developers to build intuitive user experiences, robust backend services, and high-performance APIs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using

Next.js and

React.js .

• Build secure and efficient backend services using

Node.js and

Express.js .

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Work with

MySQL or

PostgreSQL databases for optimized data storage and retrieval.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to the product.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong proficiency in

Next.js and

React.js .

• Hands-on experience with

Node.js and

Express.js .

• Strong knowledge of

JavaScript (ES6+) .

• Experience with

MySQL or

PostgreSQL .

• Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of responsive web development principles.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security best practices.

Good to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as:
• Claude Code
• Cursor

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with deployment and server management.
