Full Stack Developer

Job Role: Full Stack Developer - React/Native/Node.jS/Mongo

Domain: Life Insurance preferred Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai (Work from office 5 Days) Job Responsibilities

• Build responsive web UIs using React and performant mobile apps using React Native, following component-driven architecture and reusable design patterns
• Develop scalable Node.js REST/GraphQL APIs, design data models, and implement CRUD operations with MongoDB (indexes, aggregation, transactions)
• Implement end-to-end features: UI, API integration, state management (Redux/Context), authentication/authorization (JWT/OAuth2), and role-based access
• Ensure quality with unit/integration/e2e testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and code reviews; maintain clean, modular, well-documented code
• Optimize performance across the stack: bundle size & lazy loading, React rendering, API latency, database query tuning, and caching (Redis/CDN)
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), environment configs, feature flags, and observability (logs/metrics/tracing)
• Follow secure coding and privacy-by-design practices: input validation, OWASP protections, secrets management, and compliance with organizational standards
• Collaborate in Agile teams—refine backlog, estimate, deliver increments, and work closely with designers, product owners, and QA to meet release goals

Qualification

• Any Graduate, IT educational background preferred
