• Experience Required: 1 – 5 years of active professional experience in MERN stack development.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Work Setup: Strict Work from Office (On-site setup only. No remote or hybrid options available).
• Location: Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. 🚀 Key Responsibilities
• Full-Stack Implementation: Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, responsive web components using React.js.
• Backend Systems: Develop secure, structured server-side logic and scalable RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Database Architecture: Design and optimize non-relational database schemas using MongoDB for data-heavy platforms.
• Feature Integration: Implement essential integrations including payment gateways, third-party APIs, and JWT authentication.
• Performance Optimization: Run strict performance, speed, and cross-platform tests to guarantee low latency.
• Collaboration & Maintenance: Work side-by-side with our internal UI/UX designers and handle project hosting and deployments.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Stack: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Frontend Web Skills: Advanced command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
• State & Data Management: Strong understanding of Redux or Context API for state flow management.
• Version Control: Regular experience managing collaborative code repositories via Git and GitHub.
• Industry Frameworks: Prior exposure to building healthcare systems, custom CMS, or eCommerce web architecture is highly preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Applications, or equivalent practical experience. 🌟 What We Offer
